Dos Palmas is proud to provide resort management services for it's owners. Services include grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, optional maid service, optional linen service.

Our real estate management team will take the headache away from the Condo owners by taking full charge of the rental business and paying the local and Puerto Rico taxes, preparing leases scheduling cleaning services and repair services as needed. This is an optional service that will be available.

Owners do have the option to rent or lease their units if desired and Dos Palmas can facilitate the process of obtaining lease agreements.
